The Solution
As one of the biggest digital implementation projects for Accenture to date, it is considered a benchmark for Accenture / Avanade Digital practices. The design and development teams worked closely with client teams to implement a new dynamic agile approach to manage work streams and meet demanding timelines for release. We successfully delivered state of the art front-end system interfaces for hundreds of employees as well as public facing website for customers.
The Challenge
T-Mobile USA is a national provider of wireless voice, messaging, and data services that reach over 293 million Americans where they live, work, and play. But their digital infrastructure had evolved in piecemeal fashion over more than a decade, and the user experience was fragmented. T-Mobile engaged Accenture and Avanade to execute a complete redesign of their e-Commerce, Retail and Customer Care systems and websites, and implement the new system on Sitecore.
