International Digital Roadmap Workshop
In partnership with Accenture, I conducted a four-day workshop for Honeywell representatives to help them create a superior user-centric experience by crafting a digital roadmap to plot technology needs and organization readiness.
Using Engagement Value Scale (EVS) methodology, I helped the team compare customer paths through their website(s) as well as identify and score which paths were providing the most value. The project goals were to generate more qualified leads, improve customer engagement, reduce operational cost and improve usability.
We identified paths to improve digital experience and get better leads; also identified user personas and their personalization needs. Cracked a formula to identify their user base and their personalization needs. What's more, the lead generation outcome further mapped themes to technology that would allow the client to identify and apply the features most critical to implement in a phased approach.
